DepotManager
DepotManager Overview

The DepotManager™ modules provide a full range of features to facilitate the smooth running of a container depot operation.

Being modular based, DepotManager™ works as well in a lower volume depot as it does in a high volume depot.

This modular approach also allows clients to only purchase modules that they will use, keeping costs down. As their business grows or needs change, other modules can be added.

Any module within DepotManager™ can be tailored to suit a particular depot’s specific requirements.

For ease of use, all screens utilise the standard Windows® ‘look and feel’.

DepotManager Modules and Functionality
DepotManager™ consist of the following five modules:

Container Storage

This module allows containers to be booked into and out of the facility, full details of the container are recorded each time it enters and date/times are automatically picked up.

  • Storage and lift charges are calculated automatically and invoices raised either as a container is delivered out or on a period basis at the end of the week/month.
  • A full history of each container is available showing all details for each visit.
  • Graphical yard overview via DepotManager™ Yardviewer.™
  • Reports available on containers booked in/out per customer and/or over time.

Container Estimates and Repairs

  • Estimates are entered in plain English or via a coded structure and labour is also tracked. Estimates may be printed or emailed to customers.
  • Lessee and lessor approvals may be used within the system and the status of each container is automatically tracked from entry into the site to exit.
  • Each estimate may be transferred into a final repair invoice which may be divided between multiple parties for lessee/lessor/insurance splits.
  • Integrates directly with DepotManager™ Inspector™ damage recording application.
